What is dermal filler?
Dermal filler is a soft tissue filler that is injected into the skin to help fill in facial wrinkles and aging. Dermal filler can be used to help add volume to lift cheeks, smooth the parentheses lines around the mouth, and enhance lips.
How does it work?
As we age our skin loses hyaluronic acid that helps provide fullness and maintain elasticity. Our fillers contain the hyaluronic acid that we lose over time to help improve volume and wrinkles. As it is injected into the skin our fillers can provide a natural looking result with a minimally invasive technique.

What to expect?
There is no downtime and the patient should be able to immediately resume their day after their appointment. Patients may experience mild swelling or bruising that can last a few days but can be covered with makeup. Most results can be immediate.
